“Spooky Good Care”
One Medical’s annual Fall Sale campaign is used to increase new member sign ups for both adult and pediatric patients.
The big idea for the 2022 campaign was “Spooky Good Care” because care shouldn’t be scary — it should be shockingly easy and spooky good. This campaign concept flips the script on what’s expected from a health care experience. An experience that’s normally frustrating, lonely, or indifferent is reimagined as joyful, connected, and - dare we say - shockingly good!.
What we did (and how it did)
The in-house creative team delivered a campaign identity and collateral system that included a homepage redesign, Fall Sale campaign landing page, custom One Medical Kids page for the sale, in addition to more than 40 pieces of unique social and paid media units and swag, viewable in the carousel below.
Membership redemptions exceeded target KPIs by +40%. In site-specific performance, 77% of users scrolled past the page fold.
